I just wanted to express my 100% total satisfaction in dealing with you as a business. The shopping experience was honest and transparent, Collective Shoes refunded the unused postage.  I was given a voucher as a shopper and also as a shopper I was given a tracking link to track the parcel delivery.

Shoes arrived today and we are rural delivery! Very impressed with service and shoes! I have difficulty finding smart comfortable shoes as I have long narrow feet..not a N.Z. Standard fit! Fantastic!
