Common Return Questions
These terms and conditions apply to the online purchase of all products from our website. Prices on our website are as listed and may differ to prices in our retail stores.
The shoes have to be sent to the following address for Return/Exchange.

Sale prices in our retail stores will only be available in those stores and cannot be price matched on our website. Returns can be made by emailing 'email@example.com', providing your name and order number (and must be done in accordance with our returns policy listed below).
Online purchases can be returned to our retail stores
Currently we only ship within New Zealand and Australia.
At Collective Shoes we want you to be completely happy with your purchase although we understand that occasionally you will place an order for something that does not fit or suit. We offer refunds and full credit exchanges in line with the policies below. When you receive your new shoes we recommend you to try them on somewhere where they won't get damaged in any way like Carpet surface. If they do show signs of wear or damage we may decline your refund. In this unlikely event, we will let you know via email and return your shoes to you.
We hope you love your new shoes. If you’re unhappy with the goods for any reason, please return your item with box to us with your receipt. We’re happy to offer a refund or exchange on unused items returned within 14 days of the purchase.
Return & Exchange Period
Collective Shoes customer service team must be notified within 14 Days of receiving your purchase if you wish to return or exchange any of your items.
Full / Sale Price Items
If the size is wrong we are happy to exchange the product for a different size at no cost but sending the wrong size back to us we won't cover the postage cost. If you have changed your mind and are requesting a refund, Collective Shoes is happy to offer you a refund on your purchase.
On the rare occasion where a product may be faulty, we will ask you to send the product back to us for assessment. If the product is genuinely faulty, Collective Shoes will not charge you for the cost of returning the goods.
In case we can't find a replacement pair, we will give you the full store credit.
*Please allow 2-3 business days for the funds to process and appear on your credit card statement, some banks and credit unions take additional days to process the transaction once we have sent the advice to you.
