Common Return Questions

These terms and conditions apply to the online purchase of all products from our website. Prices on our website are as listed and may differ to prices in our retail stores.

The shoes have to be sent to the following address for Return/Exchange :-

Sale prices in our retail stores will only be available in those stores and cannot be price matched on our website. Returns can be made by emailing 'info@collectiveoutlet.co.nz', providing your name and customer number (and must be done in accordance with our returns policy listed below). 


Online purchases cannot be returned to our retail stores (refer below for more details). Online purchases are processed Monday to Friday, excluding all public holidays. Orders placed after 3:00pm will be processed the next business day.

 

Currently we only ship within New Zealand  ( Free shipping Nationwide ) 


Prices are subject to change without notice and Collectiveoutlet reserves the right to reject any order and give a full refund. You will be charged the price displayed at the time of making your purchase. Collectiveoutlet is not responsible for refunds, exchanges or price matching pertaining to the original purchased price.

 

RETURNS INFORMATION

 

At Collectiveoutlet  we want you to be completely happy with your purchase, although we understand that occasionally you will place an order for something that doesn’t fit or suit. We offer refunds and full credit exchanges in line with the policy’s below. When you receive your new shoes we recommend you try them on somewhere where they wont get marked or damaged in any way. If they do show signs of wear or damage we may decline your refund. In this unlikely event we will let you know via email and return your shoes to you.

 

RETURNS POLICY

 

Return & Exchange Period

Collectiveoutlet customer service team must be notified within 14 days of you receiving your purchase should you wish to return or exchange any of your items.

 

Full Price Items

If the size is wrong we are happy to exchange the product for a different size at no cost to you. If you’ve changed your mind and are requesting a refund, Collectiveoutlet is happy to offer you a refund on your purchase less a $10 per pair restocking fee.

 

Sale Items

Collectiveoutlet does not offer refunds on sale items for change of mind or wrong size. If you are not happy with your purchase we will issue you with a credit voucher for the value of the original purchased price less a restocking fee of $10.00 per pair. This credit will be valid for 12 months.

 

Faulty Goods

On the rare occasion where a product may be faulty, we will ask you to send the product back to us for assessment. If the product is genuinely faulty, Collectiveoutlet will not charge you for the cost of returning the goods. We reserve the right to repair, replace or refund in full or part for faulty goods.

 

*Please allow a 3-5 business days for the funds to appear on your credit card statement once processed. Unfortunately some banks and credit unions take additional days to process the transaction once we have sent the advice to you.
